Join us for a few hours of informal pole practice. This session is a chance to practice pole, catch up with friends, make new ones and learn from each other. 8 spaces are available so everyone gets some time on the pole. It's free for our members and £7.50 for non-members.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be given after this time and rescheduling is subject to availability.
