In our upper intermediate classes you’ll add even more spins, walks, climbs, sits and holds, floorwork, inverts, laybacks, shoulder mounts and transitions to your repertoire. Class may be learning new tricks or a choreo. Classes include a warm-up, pole conditioning and cooldown and heels are always welcome.  **PLEASE NOTE: This class will run with a minimum of 2 bookings.
