​In our lower advanced classes you’ll learn more spins, sits and holds, handspring inverts, shoulder mounts and advanced inverted tricks. Classes include a warm-up, pole conditioning and cooldown and heels are always welcome.  **PLEASE NOTE: This class will run with a minimum of 2 bookings.
