A yoga-inspired flexibility class designed by pole dancers for pole dancers. This class blends yin yoga and sensual movement to relax and open your whole body, meeting you where you are in your flexibility journey. Gentle yet deep yin yoga stretches on and off the pole allow the muscles, ligaments, tendons, joints, and fascia to release and soften to improve flexibility and strength, while slow, exotic dance-inspired movements connect you to your body, bringing more fluidity to your dancing and exploring what feels good for you. Pole works the entire body, hard! So this softer class will help recovery after training and keep your body in peak condition for pole. All levels and non-pole dancers welcome, suitable for those recovering from injury.
