Empowerment in action

Welcome to our blog! We have created this in response to shadow banning by Instagram, a space where we can say what we want and take up the space we deserve.

The system isn't working for us, so we're going to work round it as best we can. Our mission is to empower women, to take action to get what they want and take up their space in the world. Being dictated to and policed by a social media platform really made us mad, and we want to be our authentic, uncensored selves with the people coming to our studio and sharing our ethos.

We might not be regular at first but if we say anything interesting, it will be here.
